Haroldo Jacobovicz is an experienced, educated, trained and qualified entrepreneur and a civil engineer. Mr. Jacobovicz is known for transforming ideas into life by providing productivity, management, and development solutions. Mr. Jacobovicz’s professional career involves a Civil Engineering degree from the Federal University of Parana. In addition, he joined Military College, where he spent seven years.
After completing his studies in the 80s, Haroldo Jacobovicz shifted his focus from traditional civil engineering and construction to Information Technology. Over the years, Mr. Jacobovicz has invested and led multiple companies in the software, hardware, and telecommunications sector and currently controls a cloud communication company. Born to a professor and a civil engineer, Mr. Jacobovicz grew the eldest among his four brothers. Haroldo Jacobovicz’s parents played a huge role in helping Mr. Jacobovicz pursue his dreams and passion for civil engineering. His mother, Sarita, became the only top female civil engineer in her state. By following his parents’ footpaths, Mr. Jacobovicz gained interest in a more technical and developed technology that was not yet established and recognized at the time.
Over the years, Mr. Jacobovicz has gained his knowledge and experiences from being a voracious reader of magazines and newspapers. Through being an intense researcher, Haroldo Jacobovicz has become a visionary entrepreneur who has come to terms with reality. According to Mr. Jacobovicz, hard work, talent, and identifying new opportunities have played a massive role in his successful endeavors.

While still studying for his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Parana, Jacobovicz joined has with his three close friends with excellent computer skills and started an IT company known as Microsystem. This company was responsible for automating inventory and controlling cash for supermarkets, pharmacies, and stores. Over the past ten years, Haroldo Jacobovicz has managed to invest and grow three technological and telecommunications companies, including Horizons Datacenter, e-Governe and Horizons Telecom.
