Sameday Health Provides Many Different Therapies to a Growing Customer Base

Sameday Health provides many different therapeutic services to a growing customer base. In this article, we will
discuss the history of Sameday Health and what makes them stand out from their competitors.

Sameday Health is a company that has been in business for 22 years and is well-known for its services such as massage therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic care among others. The health network boasts a staff of over 1,000 practitioners and offers more than 1 million sessions to members each year. This company has been able to grow at an exponential rate due to its diverse offerings and massive customer base.

The Sameday Health network is broken down into sub-networks that include the following:

High-quality services are crucial to maintaining a successful company. The company has largely been able to maintain their success due to their environmental management system that they established in 1982 and their willingness to change as the market changes. The employees also play an important role in this, as they are trained extensively on how and when to use each of the therapies offered.

Sameday started with five practitioners and one office. A few years later, there were over 30 practitioners in 12 offices, with a website that featured only information about acupuncture sessions. In 1990, there were 40 offices with more than 200 practitioners and a website that covered a multitude of therapies.

In the early 2000s, Sameday Health expanded by opening separate offices in California and Texas, bringing the total number of locations to 15. Their goal was to create an even more accessible company by giving customers the ability to work with different practitioners at one time. Although this was not well received initially, the company made modifications based on members’ requests. Now, customers can choose from multiple beauty and wellness companies in several locations throughout the country.
