Randal Nardone hails as a major principal and co-founder at the Fortress Investment Group. The Fortress Investment Group is an investment management company which performs asset management in private equity, credit funds, and liquid hedge funds. Since 1998 when the firm was founded, Randal Nardone has assumed this role with undertaking various management positions in the firm over the years. In addition, Randal Nardone also serves as part of the firms’ board of directors.

After years of law practice, Nardone decided to join the financial world. He first served as the managing director at the UBS firm. He later progressed to Blackrock Financial Management where he much later served as a principal. It was later that he ventured into the investment arena, and this led to the formation of the Fortress Investment Group.

Upon the formation of the Fortress Investment Group, Nardone landed a role in the top leadership at the firm. During his tenure at the firm, Nardone has achieved several accolades such as the Hedge Fund Manager of the Year back in 2007. In 2017, he collectively earned the Management Firm of the Year.
