Andrew Frame – A Creative Photographer Who Turns Art Into Reality

Let’s face it; sometimes, life gets in the way of photography. And then there are other times when your day-to-day routine somehow gets thrown out the window, and all you can do is get back to shooting images.

Luckily, some people see creative photographers everywhere and understand that these “less fortunate” days don’t have to be an excuse not to shoot photographs. If you’re looking for someone that will get your creative juices flowing again, give artist & photographer Andrew Frame            a try.

How long has Andrew Frame been making photography?

Frame started taking professional photographs at the age of 17 and has been shooting for the last 15 years. What inspired you to become a photographer? My inspiration to become a photographer comes from two sources. One is that I was always drawn to nature, and the other is that I was always interested in people and their stories. What difficulties or obstacles have you overcome as a photographer? The challenges I’ve faced as a photographer include dealing with my insecurities as an artist, finding the time for photography, learning more about light and composition, understanding how light works, and more about composition and light itself.

You’ve made beautiful photographs over the years. What’s the secret to your artistry?

As a photographer, you have to love what you do, or you won’t be happy doing it. If we have no passion for what we do, then it’s very hard to stay happy in the game. So, the secret to my artistry is to find a subject that I can’t get enough of. Then, I have to love photographing that person and their story. Once I do, everything else will work out well.
